What each VA costs
Every VA's phone bill is paid by their own client, so the company total is not the number that matters. What matters is each individual line. This page is built that way: one row per VA, nothing added up.
We are only proposing a change for the ten cold callers. They are
the lines the Fair Use Policy warning is about, and they have to come off an unlimited plan. Everyone
else stays exactly as they are. Their costs are shown below for reference, and nothing is being
recommended for them.
The ten cold callers: how each bill moves

These are the heaviest callers, so the unlimited plan was subsidising them and a metered plan stops
doing that. They still have to move: they are the exact lines the warning is about. Tell those clients
before they see it on an invoice.

These are cold callers with lower volume, who were paying $40.85 for unlimited calling they never used up.
